Funding

CHR accepts HUSKY, Medicare and most major health insurances as partial or full payment for services. CHR receives program funding, in part, from the Connecticut Departments of Children and Families, Mental Health and Addiction Services, Public Health, Social Services, Court Support Service Division and Department of Housing. We continue to diversify our funding resources, competing for federal grants, establishing relationships with donors and holding events that highlight the needs of those we serve. CHR has also strengthened the organization’s capacity through strategic planning and sound financial policies. Through these initiatives, strong leadership and community support, we continue to listen to the changing needs of those we serve and deliver a broad scope of exceptional services.
